Free Delivery - This is a signed-for service provided by Royal Mail and they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however it can in extreme circumstances can take up to 10 business days. Only UK customers qualify for FREE shipping if you are from outside the UK your shipping will be standard international.

Deposits:

All deposits for training courses and masterclasses are non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing the deposit you accept and agree this is non-refundable or transferable to any date. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We aim to package orders as soon as possible to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed. This includes any address changes or wanting to cancel the order. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

How long does it take for a response?

We aim to get back to you ASAP although please allow up to 72 hours for a response! We appreciate your patience!
